Client: One of Central and Eastern Europe's largest refineries
Scope of work: The Client was looking for significant cost improvements. The work conducted covered - high level process mapping, best practice benchmarking, gaps and opportunities identification, detailed cost analyses and modeling, business case modeling, implementation planning. Specific focus areas included - road, rail and pipe transportation, strategic and operational storage, logistics planning, investments. The work was conducted in Poland and the Czech Rp.; identified and to be implemented savings exceeded 10 mn USD.

Scope of work: The Client was looking for significant operational improvements. The work conducted covered - multiple areas process and organisation mapping, international benchmarking of best practices, financial modelling, data flow analyses, IT systems analyses, CAPEX evaluation, decision flow analyses, development of improvement initiatives.
